We produce for you:

Pre-finished blanks made of top-quality hardened strip steel of different geometries
Fine-blanking components made of top-quality hardened strip steel up to 9 mm, soon also up to 12 mm, which are cut by follow-on composite tools in one work step (including all processes of bending, deep drawing and shaping) on our premium Feintool machines.
To round potential remaining edges, all components are reworked in vibratory or centrifugal machineries.
For small parts exposed to highest strains we offer you an additional surface treatment, e.g., hardening, coating or galvanization. Ask for suitable solutions for your successful production.
