In order to burr metal components, our customers can choose between two different procedures. You can either decide for the gentle barrel tumbling or vibratory slide-grinding. Here the work pieces together with the abrasives are set in motion by special engines. The resulting countermovement causes the desired abrasion of material and leads to a burr removing and a rounding off. Consequently you obtain a remarkable improvement of the material surface up to polishing it thus adding beneficial properties to your work pieces.

On the other hand you can rely on our modern centrifugal machines which involve a considerable time saving. Here the particular cylindrical shape of the installation and the rotation movement of the machine head result in a movement of work pieces and abrasives from the center outwards. This process includes very high rotation speeds which implicates very short working times.
