Our customers have benefited for decades from our experience in fine-blanking and thus from a procedure which qualitatively outmatches the conventional normal stamping by far. After all it ensures absolutely low-burr stamping in one work step by using highly productive Feintool fine punching machines.

This makes it possible to produce high-quality precision components ensuring the failure-free functional capability of all built-in parts without cost-intensive successive operations. Of course with a persuasive tear-free quality of all cut surfaces.

We produce high-class craftsmanship which our customers in the textile and automotive industry as well as in the window and safety systems construction industry have relied on for decades.

Our location in Chemnitz comprises 6 Feintool fine-blanking machines, thereof 1 x 50/80t, 3 x 100/160t and 2 x 250 t total pressing force. Thus we are able to produce components with a stock gauge from 0.1 up to 9.0 mm in steel, copper, aluminum and other alloys depending on geometry and size. We provide advice on the cost-effective production of the designed components and would be glad to submit offers to you.

Furthermore we have a Feintool fine-blanking press with a total pressing force of 880 tons + available for our customers at our site in Marienberg.
